Human Resource Officer

 

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for talent recruitment, payroll, MPF and tax issue, reward and recognition,
performance evaluation, employee relations and communication, HR information system
maintenance, insurance coverage, contract arrangement and other ad hoc HR operating policies
and procedures
- Lead and supervise a team in providing HR and Administration support to the Company
- Review and update all HR policies and procedures, employee handbook and ensure they are
aligned with the Company's current and future business strategies and local laws/ regulations, and
benchmarked with the market's best practice
- Handle Tribunal Court Case and Work Injury follow up

Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Human Resources management or related area
- 4 years solid experiences in HR Management, out of which 1 year experience in a supervisory
level
- Excellent command in written English and Chinese
- Well versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance and other related legislation and practice
- Highly motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good team player with sound interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate to staff,
department managers and management
