Administrative Assistant

 

Responsibilities:
- Performing daily office administration and receptionist duties
- Supporting HR department
- Supporting other department managers
- Handling some ad-hoc duties as required by the supervisor

Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in office administration
- Proficiency with English and Chinese typing and Microsoft Office
- Hardworking, responsibility and a good team player
- Can work under high pressure
