IT Service Helpdesk Support / IT Service Engineer / Technical Specialist / IT Support Specialist


- Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information System or related disciplines
- 1+ years relevant working experience in related industries

- For Helpdesk support, applicants should have the knowledge of Windows 2000/XP/Windows 7, Office 2003/2007, Lotus Notes 6.5 and Outlook 2003/ 2007

- For IT Service Engineer, MCSE or MCP is required

- For Technical Specialist, Strong working knowledge of Windows 2000/XP/Windows 7, Office 2003/2007, Window Server 2003, Lotus Notes 6.5, Outlook 2003/2007 and networking. MCSE or MCP is required. ITIL Foundation Certification is required

- For IT Support Specialist, Minimum five years working experience in IT Service Desk, of which two years in team leader level
